Yay! Fish is very good for you, and so really any way you cook it is healthy :) But the healthiest way - the way that keeps moisture in without adding fat, and I think (can't quite remember) preserves nutrients best - is poaching. Place the fish in boiling broth or water, along with a LOT of whatever spice you want to use (thyme, chives, lemon peel, mmmmm), cover, and cook until done, anywhere from 8 to 30 minutes, depending on size. Until it flakes through, in any case.
Good for you, eating fish!

steamed, grilled, baked. Just stay away from fried or any OVER-use of oil (and use something like olive oil if needed)
We used to make this neat dish in cooking school, I don't remember how it's spelled (its a French term) but its something like enpopeoute. Basically what you do is take a rounded piece of parchment paper, lightly butter it, lay the fish on one half of it, put julienne carrots and zucchini on top, drizzle some white wine, throw on some seasoning (play around with that). Then seal up the parchment paper by folding it in half and crimping the edges all around, put it on a bakers pan and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at something like 375.
Then allow to stand for a little bit, open and enjoy!

Wrap it in foil (with a gap between fish and top of foil), put in oven 160, and leave approx 13-20 mins depending on size of fish.
I cook the fish as the potatoes boil. No oil or butter is needed in foil.
You can experiment with herbs etc.

Any oil you want to apply should be Canola Oil, and any butter should be Margarine. Any meat should be actual meat, as i opt to call it, meaning poultry, Turkey, red meat, Fish. No Sausage, or artifical products. the beef should be skinned and boneless, ought to not be fried in any respect. should be both baked, broiled, or boiled. i'd evaluate a crammed poultry breast ( skinned & boned). Iwould stuff it with eco-friendly vegetables reduce extremely, extremely skinny ( imagine eastern type vegetables). i'd Broil the wrap, and make a sauce for it. perchance an Alfredo Sauce made from Parmsan Cheese & skim milk. you gained't opt to make distinct this sauce, you is purely not making use of a lot in any case. next, what can we've with it, i'd likely evaluate rice, and a sauce to go over it too. back, you is purely not making use of most of the sauce so gained't opt to make a lot. This time i'd evaluate a tomato depending sauce for the rice. i'd serve a million/4 cup of cooked rice and 2 tablespoons of the sauce. per chance have a mini backyard salad with Italian dressing. i'd decide on a million/2 cup of salad & a million Tablespoon Dressing. Fruit for desert? vegetables with Yogurt dip? Sorbet for desert? Hmm..it relies upon what the mood for this meal is i wager. per chance some thing the following ought to help ya out....if not sorry.

Marinate fish fillet in olive oil, diced ginger, salt, pepper and lime juice for 30 minutes. Skewer fillet with vegetable pieces like tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and fruits like pineapples, freshly pitted cherries, canned or fresh peaches. Place the kebabs on a hot barbecue grill . Make a mango-onion-chili-tomato-salsa, it goes well with the kebabs. Bon appetit!
