the best you can hope for is to get the attention of some girl with a line, and most of the lines are lies.....so, no, they don't work, and why would you want to lie to start a relationship anyway.

haha if your looking for a pickup line, your looking for a hookup, bot a relationship. any girl that will go for a pickup line, will go for "hello", so why stress yourself.
