well it depends if you want to be as mean as that person then you do the same. But if you want that person to feel even worst then you give that persone a gift. She will feel bad because she did not get you anything. I mean what kind of person would you be if you do the same to her. I am thinking you are friends or related or something.since u got invited. If she was mean she would not have invited you. Maybe she did not have the money to buy u a gift on your wedding day.

I usually give photo frame, because they will display this in their living room or bedroom with their wedding photo as they will always remember me!It doesn't matter if he gave me a gift or nothing at all during my wedding, the most important is he had attended my wedding, his presence as I invited him is a big thing for me!

If you attend the wedding, bring a gift. If you're really still seething about not getting a gift, RSVP that you're sorry you won't be able to attend, and then send a nice card. Try to forgive these people--obviously they enjoy your company enough to want to share their special day with you!

A gift is an expression of love. Gifting should not be made into a barter or a business transaction. What someone gave me or did not will never be a factor in my decision on the gift to him/her.

If you are invited to a wedding or a shower, then give something on their gift-wish list or a gift certificate. If you aren't invited to anything, then give nothing.

If you were given nothing, maybe she couldn't afford it. Their presence was already a gift in itself. Be happy that person showed up. Don't revenge, give the person a gift.

If you are trying to make a point, you could get them nothing. However, if you want to be tasteful, just get them a gift card to a store.
