There is a building in Manhattan,"One New York Plaza". I hear there was a dining club on top of it once -true?

I hear the dining club was on the top floor, and that it was pretty exclusive - some people were even married there. I actually work in this building, and I cant find out anything about it - woudl be awesome to find some old memorabilia - or at least get the correct name. Thanks and good luck.
