Faith in almighty is the root of every religion but the preachers of the religion emphasize on appearance of the people of that particular religion and sometimes they define such outlook more important rather than its root cause. Is is justified?

What? I've never been to any church EVER that puts more emphasis on the outward appearance than your heart.
Man looks upon the outward appearance, God looks upon the heart.

In my church, it's your heart that matters. God can see through your clothes so we women wear pants, may people wear jeans and t-shirt,
some even wear shorts

If your church emphasizes the outward appearance, you need a new church.

That would never be justified unless their religion was some faith that believed in the power of fashion. You would be praying to the god of clothing or appearance. (I would swear there are some people out there that subscribe to this belief though!)

No because Faith inside has absolutely no relation to the way a person looks or at least it shouldn't.

No, in Christianity we would say they were like the Pharisees of Jesus day .... more interested in the law than the soul.
