Look during your normal activities on any given day. Make eye contact, look pleasant and engaging-perhaps a smile. Initiate conversation with those around you. Let all friends and co workers know that you are looking and allow them to help. Be yourself. This is not a time to "try on" a new personality that is not your true self. Be the best person you can be, and you will be noticed. If you see someone you are interested in and they appear to be interested too, start your conversation. Good luck.

Look inside yourself first and decide what qualities you want in a partner. Then become those qualities - like attracts like. You will know this person when you see them.

go to book stores, go to coffee shops. try:
eharmony.com and match.com
they have better connections.
go to bowling alley, or try the park. try local grocery stores.
just some general ideas. to start with.
