Some peoples hand shake for no apparent reason, mine sometimes shake when I am nervous. Other conditions could be MS, Parkinsons, Ahlzheimers, I was also on prednisone for a long period of time and had shaking hands, so some medications can cause shaking hands also.

It can also be hereditary and be known as tremors (not a predetermination of Parkisons at all). A neurologist may suggest Inderal to lesson the shakes if tremors are the outcome.

shaking of hands...u mean fidgeting? then it could be stress or nervousness or guilt depending on the situation
