Look dear. Learn to speak straight. But yes, you can say it in a wounderful manner. The way I proposed my wife 6 yrs ago (when she was alive) at the age of 21yrs and she was 25 yrs, by saying "I really envy your fortune". She said: "Why"; I said: "You didn't even had search for a life partner and you got me. So when shall we keep the wedding date?"
She was shocked and hardly could say anything for a min or so. Then She started smiling and felt shy.
This was my way to give my proposal which actually showed that I was confident enough that she too wants the same from me. If you are confident about someone or something then show your confidence in your gesture & words you utter. This way the person cannot say a direct NO to you.
But dude use your own words.

Its an affair of the heart. Make it romantic - a marriage proposal is not supposed to be professional and tactful, it is supposed to be sweet and loving - something that she can tell all her friends about for the rest of her life. Use your imagination or find a book on the subject.

If you tell her to marry you, your not going to see her for dust. Go down on one knee and ask her nicely to marry you, or hire an aeroplane that tows a message and ask her on that. The key thing is to ASK

You can't TELL her to marry you. You need to ASK will she do you the honour of marrying you. Thats a good start...
Tell her all the things you want to say... Open your heart and offer it to her...

I have one not romantic but now we are engaged..
We were meeting for some time. He asked me what I am thinking about the future of our relation.
then said " will you share the life with me".
I said yes...
But I would like to hear " Would you mary me"

Dude you can't tell someone to marry you...where do u live...like that's harsh...u ask her and do it from your heart..but if ur wanting to tell someone to marry you then maybe she'll be better off with out you
