Have a trustworthy friend who is as attractive as you are go out with him. Have her take him anywhere but his place. Then have her get him undressed and when he's not looking, steal his clothes and ditch him. It's better if he's handcuffed to the bed post so she can either take snapshots of him or have you and your other friends come in and see him. It would be better if you bring his friends.
You can do what most people are suggesting which is make him jealous. That is probably more mature than what I'm recommending but this is more fun. It depends on how big a jerk he was. If he was a real jerk, then he deserves something like this

The Best way - is to make him realise that u are happy without him and make him more jeaslous by being with some one else more handsome and good looking (just do this and i assure you he will be in pain )
