Books are always a good present... Or a watch as someone said...

But I think what most people turning twenty really want is a trip to some far away destination... And it's also a very valuable experience, since you're due to learn something new and to get by on your own in a strange country... Great experience...

Something that he can take with him wherever he goes and that reminds him or you or a grandparent that has passed which I hope is not the case. My mom gave me my grandfathers cross necklace when I moved here to Italy. My g-pa and I were close and it help ease the hard times, reminds me of the good time and lets me know I can handle whatever life throws at me. I am a girl so there for I am more sappy than men but I think something that brings good memories. =)

It's according how mature he is,if he will keep it.Something handed down from a pass male family member or guys that age likes gold chains which he would be more likely to keep. good luck very difficult age to buy for.

Try making a book, video, dvd, or powerpoint presentation of his life so far.... and the people in his life, his interests, you get the idea......
