mail carriers cuz they lean out right window to put mail in box

Why is it everyone thinks only England drives on the right side of the road. Japan , Australia both do.
They drive them as stated in previous answers to make mail delivery alot easier, that way they can sit in their vans eating donuts and not getting off their fat asses.

Most rural mail carriers use a right-side steering set up so it is easier to deliver the mail.
