Do they have to use the runway analysis charts(TABLATED CHARTS) in commertial airlines?
Any sources to study?WHO provide these charts?

Worldwide, Pilots use JEPPESEN (A legendary Pilot himself) Charts. You can go to their site....mentioned below. Jeppesen use to record each of his flight and the airport locations, directions, wind headings, height of the airport from sea level etc. etc. which later were published and other pilots start using them...

Alas, overrun accidents will keep happening no matter what. Only last year there were at least several involving airliners: Air France in Canada, Antonov 124 also in Canada, I believe; Southwest 737 in Chicago, to name a few. Main factor being quickly changing, deteriorating and unreported weather. As a professional pilot, I believe only solution to improve the statistics is to implement overrun areas (1000 feet of crushed pebble at the end of departure end of the runway) at most larger airports. Unfortunately there are quite a few airports that just do not have that space to spare.
