Click on 'My Q&A' then click on 'edit my info and scroll down to communications and enable email communications. Your email address will still be hidden but then some one can then contact you. As things stand now, you have to state your problem here because your settings do not allow email communications.

Pal, we all have problems. Nobody here on earth have no problem. Those who are happy people right now, have all demons they have fought and overcome them. We are all called living because we are going to ang will go through some dark times in our lives but bear this in mind you are a strong person. Problems are just to strech us not to break us. I guessed you have a problem that is difficult to address. I respect that I have mine too. But to tell you something I want to give some hints. The reason that we felt that we are not capable to live now when we have problem is that we dont have purpose in our lives it is because it was once said, those who have reason to live can face life anyhow.
Go to the bookstore look for the book the purpose driven life. Watch oprah show. Go to church, volunteer in the community project. Talk to your friend. If you want to be alone, do it ,but 1 day is enough. write a journal and make a child smile. Go to the park and watch people. Smile to anyone you see. Wear light colour clothes. Talk to God. Say this: Dear God, I know by my own I cant make this life to happen. The reason I am where I am right now it is because I dont know how to make this life work. I need you to guide me. I accept you as my saviour and lord. Now I am not alone. Say that prayer if you want to. I did it and it works for me.
