ok this is really bugging me - ive put weight on in the last couple yrs & im jus starting a diet & exercise programme (yay 4 me!).however, in the last couple of wks ive had 2 guys tell me how unattractive i am or that they dont go 4 'big' girls then theyve tried 2 kisss me!!!this is really annoying, y do guys do this?& yes 4 ne girls reading this, they did say ive got a 'great personality'!seriously though, y?

You're looking in the wrong place. Apparently you live in Jerkville population ever guy that you've talked to. There is nothing wrong with a girl with meat on her bones. "Big" girls can be just as (or more) attractive than thin girls. I'm 27 y/o. I know a little something about this. The guys you've talked to are apparently immature and unable to handle a relationship with someone that's not anorexic. Are these the only types of guys that live around you? Slim picking. Since when is having meat on you bones a bad thing. Girl just for that, go out and buy a bacon cheeseburger =). Never let anyone tell you you have to look 3 lbs to be attractive. I've dated girls that have been a size 2 and dated girls that have been a size 14. I've liked both, but don't prefer one over the other. And NOOOOOO, guys to not do this. Keep up the good work with exercise and dieting. But don't go starve crazy either. Be who you are, if that's not good enough for (those close minded, immature, blind to natural beauty, poor excuse of a male) guys, then they aren't who you want to have near you anywho. PS- eat a cheeseburger, it always makes me feel better. =)

Some people do go for big girls and some don't. I think that the guys who are telling you, you are unattractive but still want to get in your pants are morons. You should not be associating with people who are putting you down. They probably think they are better then you and that they are doing you a favor or that it would be easy to sleep with you because according to them, you are unattractive. Looks is not everything, someone likes you for you, you just have not found him yet

Not all men are morons remember it goes both ways some women wouldn't go for a fat guy.I injured my back playing rugby and since not going to the gym regularly like b4 i have put on a lot of weight but can i join in the diet and exercise program with you we can lose together..

tough luck, most of them are complete morons and have no idea of how to even start a good conversation with a woman.. but thats why the few good ones are so precious. Just, word of advice for someone who´s been in your exact position one too many times, dont lower your expectations from yourself or guys.

Well not all man are like that, and some man actually find big girls attractive. I use to be big now i am size12. I have found wonderful man when i was big and i know no matter what size i am he will love me regardless.

not all men are superficial jerks.
while it is true that appearance is of some importance to every member of the male species, it is also true that some of them are able to not simply think with their hormones, and are able to judge girls by their character. to these rare few, a pretty face or good body is just a bonus, and a great personality is really what matters. :)

Men are SHALLOW! thats really what it comes down to. Congrats to you for starting your diet and exercise plan. I really hope it works out for you. Just remember you are beautiful no matter one any *** hole has to say. Just be confident and happy with yourself. Those men aren't worth your time. I really dont understand why men r like that, i was a size 16 and i lost weight cos my ex-boyfriend said i was fat, after losing weight to a size 12, he still left me. i think u should just be ur self and be comfortable in ur own skin.
