I'm not going to give you personal specifics or details, but of course, girls like sex! Girls just don't talk about it like guys do.
"Self love" is perfectly natural. Girls do it. Guys do it. Moms do it. Dads do it. Aunt Betty does it, and so does Uncle John. And the people across the street, the cashier at Walmart, and that nerdy guy behind the counter at McDonalds. It's probably not a good idea to ask any of them about it though...lol.
As for everything else, whatever is comfortable for both you and your partner, is nobody else's business. You have to realize though, that all girls are not alike. Just because one likes something, does not mean another will like that, so don't assume!
