No, dogs are not completely colour blind, if you put on a pair of orange sunglasses you'll get a rough idea of their colour vision.
Motorbike riders often prefer orange visors because you can see further into the distance. For a predator like a dog or eagle thats very useful.
But dogs dont focus the same way we do. If you relax and just gaze, til everything goes a little out of focus (or put on the wrong presrcription glasses) you'll get a better idea of what its like. You don't see sharp outlines.
The combination of this soft focus and colour vision means they can see movement in the distance very easily; useful when you're hunting fast moving prey.
They have to concentrate to focus in the way that we think of as clearly and can only do so if the object is close up. If they were humans that wore glasses they'd wear coke bottle lenses.
Your dog will recognise you in the distance by the general shape of your outline, and the way you walk. But they confirm the fact its you by scent next, not by looking at details such as your face.

NO.
Humans see in colour Dog only see In Shades of Grey
Humans have a predators stereo vision (excellent dept perception) Dogs have marginal stereo vision (marginal dept perception) but they do have a wider field of view (their eyes are more widely spaced for a simple answer)

Dogs are partially colour blind...they cannot see red.

Also, eyesight in dogs come in two sorts. One is a slit of site horizontally, which are dogs that like the follow moving objects because they can see out the side.

The other sort is a circle in the middle, which are more docile dogs because by the time they see something, it is already going past them

nope. Dogs see in shades of blues yellows and greens with greys whites and blacks. They have less peripheral vision and can see clearly in dim light, unlike us pathetic humans!
