I personally don't think that Dominance or submissiveness has anything to do with the comparison of relationships. What matters is the general nature of the person involved. From your point of view, you may easily find a Dominant boyfriend who treats you with respect and kindness a better boyfriend than a submissive that focuses only on their own self-gratification.

Personally I hate it!!! My last bf was passive and submissive. I am really dominant type personality (not talking about sex) and it drove me crazy I couldnt even have a decent argument with him he would just say ok whatever....GRRR I hated it also I hated being the one to make all the decisions etc it gets tedious after a while. I like to be challenged and without it I get annoyed. Also I like a man to be a little forceful in the bedroom and "take me" every once in a while....I really sucks to always be the one intiating everything and taking charge of everything..Where is the challenge in that?? I think you cant really express a dominant type personality properly without someone challenging your dominance....Needless to say I am no longer dating that guy because it wasnt a fufilling relationship for either of us...geez even my dog bossed him around made me sick!!
