When i was 18 years old , i thought that my Farther knew nothing.
Now that i am an grown up adult i realise that my Farther knew much more than i thought."

Actually Quite the opposite:-
A fool (who in reality knows nothing and doesn't realise it) will never learn from their own mistakes or those of others.
an intelligent person (who knows something but often thinks they know it almost all) does learn from their own mistakes
a Truly Wise person (who thinks they know no where near enough but in reality knows a great deal) will try and learn from the mistakes of others first before attempting to learn from their own mistakes..

Someone who thinks they know everything is wrong, as is someone who thinks that they know nothing. Someone who knows a little something about many things but who accepts that there is even more that they don't know, and will never know, is an enlightened person.

Absolutely not! They may have some knowledge but not all on a subject and will have to retain the first in order to grasp the latter!

that's one of those glib, facile and righteous expressions people toss at others to make themselves sound wise. To take it literally would mean that once you know somethng you are precluded from learning anything more.

In order to learn the truth, you need to abandon your delusions.
Basically you need to empty your mind of distractions and delusions, only then may you begin to truely learn.

A potential Buddhist I think, or are you getting wisdom through age.
Young people should rule the world, while they still know it all - not.
