Well, as you are probably aware, air pollution takes many different forms and arises from a variety of sources. In terms of overall range and extents of impacts, however, it is my opinion that burning of fossil fuels (coal, gasoline, etc..) is the single largest source of air pollutants. These fuels cause smog, acid rain, soot and particulates increases, greenhouse gas emissions, and dispersal of some heavy metal contaminants.
Fossil fuels are widely used for heating, transportaion, electricity generation, manufacturing and other industries. Thus, they are used pervasively in our society and their use is difficult (but not impossible) to curtail. Also, various measures can be taken to help make fossil fuel buring both cleaner and more efficiently but this comes at some monetary cost. Until we find cleaner alternatives to the present fossil fuels buring methods, most air pollutants plaguing the world today will continue to be a problem in the future.

Yes, without a doubt. Everything humans do in some way, shape, or form will cause pollution. Whether it be mineral leakage into ground water from landfills, to a styrofoam cup sitting on the side fo the road.

What leads you to ask this question? Do you think that, perhaps, its not? It really is. Man-made pollution is the obvious cause of such travesties as global warming, the depletion of the ozone layer... etc.

In late 70's Thu 80's I worked for a business named Oak Mitsui, they made copper foil for printed circuitry.Yes computer boards. The plant is /was on the Hoosick River, which goes to the Upper Hudson River to the ocean. The local press would only say about how they killed 100,000+ fish. But,if you looked at the river you seen everything was dead, crayfish, catice fly, every creature that drew oxygen from the water was dead. But,the press never said this.Caustic soda, takes the oxygen from the water in which everything suffocates to death.I turned them into the state and gov. on numerous times,to no avail. That one plant alone made 1 million a month in 1980,1 plant of 7 in the town.Bu,t no money for safety equipment for the employees even.9 people died working there,no press releases on this though.I coughed up blood, nose bleeds that wouldn't stop and chest pains that would double me over.I was running a Arsenic treater,no ventilation,12 hr. shifts,no respirators.I now have Toxic Bronchitis, inhalation of poisonous or toxic fumes.2006 its now emphysema now.The plant relocated to Columbia,SC. closer to the ocean to continue to pollute the environment. The ex. company Dr. tells me they wanted him to alter make files disappear.I went to the Dr. I seen 15 yrs earlier, that diagnosed me.He had no more records of me or anyone else that worked there.Do you see what big money does, although N.Y.State says I can't sue my employer for exposing me to toxins.Slimy bastards are all in bed together. The States for jobs, employee's paying taxes, government taxes. So,no justice for the peons, just screwed till your dead too.

If you didn't know that you need to go put your face at the end of a tail pipe on a care and take a breath. That will tell you if it is or not but don't do it very long or even at all cause it will kill you

Heavy metals are becomming more apparent in lakes, etc... Over fishing, metal extraction, global warming, ozone depletion. The world is running out, there is only so much damage we can do to our planet, humans won't step out of their lifestyle to help and realize, so we deserve it in a way.

As I deduce, G-D will wipe out people who by way of their way do no longer hassle to be taught of G-d and contradict his perspectives (Leviticus financial disaster 18-19) valid right this moment however no Christian or Jewish ever refers to likw or dislikes of G-D as applies to concepts-set right this moment. i'm no longer a Bible tuter, yet I see Doomsday prophyses take place upon this technology. marvel the variety of human beings I meet and casually confer with a doomsday scripture, Matt 247; Luke 21; 2 Time3; Romans financial disaster one million and that they are completely ignorant and jest stroll off. Imoral media/video impression; defilement of "Your physique is a Temple" with tattoos; piercing; foul language; pants decrease than buttocks; females and youths committing crimes as quickly as parcular of adult men purely and the record maintains of acts by way of human beings repundant to our writer. My relatives grow to be in contact with the J/W and that they no longer inspired by way of them nor grow to be I. different than preaching the notice of G-D's Kingdom to come lower back door to door, the J/W on no account had any social pot success gatherings and had their own little clicks and that they don't have a nutrients software for the wretched homeless as different different Christians faith do or help them to government help. I settle for an extremely maximum suitable writer of the universe and he will do what he desires and that i earnestly attempt to practice Matt 22:39 and proportion that view with my relatives and human beings often. besides, as my caple spouse astoundly known, "info lacking in the scripture debts." I agree...
