We have an 18 year old wanting to move from Tennessee to Scotland UK. How does she go about it?

Well we are living in the Scotland UK, and She is living in Tenessee. She wants to come and live with us.

Presumably to study at university? Your questionis very open but if you want to get in touch I will help all I can, you need to be thinking about where she is going to stay and work and differences between the two societies. My daughter is 17 and I know how concerned you must be

I have the same situation about to happen.What did you find out? I am moving with my husband and 3 girls for my job. 2 girls are 18 and 20.

Tell her to go to the department of travel and get a passport. Wait until she registered, sell a good portion of her worldly posessions on ebay or garage sale, then head out! Hooah!

like all intending immigrants she should approach the uk or british embassy in the usa for paermits or papers that give all requirements for persons intending to visit or live in the uk
