I drink 3-4 liters of liquid a day. About 2 liters of that is water. I also drink juice and other things. Water is water, no matter what form you are using to take it in. You get water from your fruits and vegetables and so on. Though, just plain drinking water is a very healthy thing to drink and helps flush your kidneys. Water is a great thing.

Most people say 8 glasses a day.
YOU DON'T NEED THAT MUCH WATER!!
It's a myth! BOGUS advice. Just an old wives' tale. Urban legend.
