It's not only safe, it's safer than getting rust on your cookies! The aluminum will probably help, too, because the cookies are less likely to burn on the bottom. They may only need a couple of minutes more, at most. Just watch to see when they're brown around the edges. If they get brown on top, they'll be overdone and too crispy.

Don't worry...it is absolutely safe. In fact I always put aluminum foil over the cookie sheet no matter what I'm baking...cookies, pies, quiche, pizza. I even line my pans with it when I'm making steak, fishsticks, potatoes, whatever. When I'm done I just toss the foil...no mess, minimum cleanup. Especially with those cookie sheets...burnt sugar is difficult to remove without scrubbing and you don't want to scrub off any of the non-stick coating that may be on the sheets.
Same baking time...you don't need to do anything different...just spend less time washing.

Yes you can. I would sprinkle a little corn meal on it to prevent sticking and it adds tons of texture and flavor to your pizza. Too bad you don't have a pizza stone. Why not just put it on the oven rack and forget the pan or foil. It will be a little crispy on the crust.

Why not just clean it?
Yes tho it is fine to do that. They need the same time to cook if you wasnt using foil.

The best thing to use would be parchment paper...available in most kitchen supply stores. Chefs use it.
