You need a really good mask and shampoo.. Try Wella Lifetex or Keratase(Wella's worked for me). Also, If your hair is in really bad shape, you should go and have your ends cut. Vitamins work like this: the hair that's growing now will be heathier, they can't do anything for your already damaged hair.

go to the store and buy shampoo and conditioner for hair that is breaking.. they have several new products and they do have some for breaking hair..i have several kinds of shampoos i use and conditioners...i try them and if i see improvement then i use it again.. you may have to try two or three kinds to see which one is best.. read on the bottle, but you have to be careful with this to because some i have tried did not do what the product said it would do.. we all have different kinds of hair and stability in our hair so you have to product that works best for you...

DO YOU WRAP UP YOUR HAIR NIGHTLY? DO YOU ADD MOISTURIZERS TO YOUR HAIR DAILY? DO YOU PUT RUBBERBANDS IN YOUR HAIR? WAS THE RELAXER TO STRONG? DID YOU USE REGULAR, FINE, SUPER? IT COULD OF BEEN TOO STRONG OF A RELAXER FOR YOUR GRADE OF HAIR. IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO ANY OF THE QUESTIONS THAT'S THE REASON WHY YOUR HAIR IS BREAKING OFF. START BY WRAPPING UP YOUR HAIR AT NIGHT, ADDING MORE OILS TO YOUR HAIR. DO NOT ADD ANY MORE CHEMICALS TO YOUR HAIR. DONT PANIC.... IT'S FIXABLE.
