i yell when i'm pissed and i hate to admit i don't always yell at the right people (as in the ones who pissed me off).

i feel guilty if i just take it out on someone who didn't deserve it. i don't feel guilty if the guy had it coming.

You mean today? This week?

If it's even this year there is no way I have enough space here LOL.

I've been things such as straw boss in a construction crew in my youth. Been a parent, multiple times. While I am laid back and easy going in most respects, slow drivers in the left hand lane really set me off. I've also been a supevisor in many other roles. Sometimes kinder methods are just not effective.

So for a raw estimate we'll say I've yelled at someone around 10,000 times. Of those I feel guilty about maybe 200. I rarely yell without trying milder efforts first. Every great once in a while somebody catches me tired and upset about something else and steps all over my patience and I unload without any effort at diplomacy. This happens less than once a year. If I feel guilty about it is usually if I yelled at a child or elderly.

I've yelled plenty of times. Yelling is usually used for me when I need to express how upset i'm feeling at that moment or about whatever is being misunderstood or wrong about. Sometimes in the spare of the moment i feel like , oops, I shouldn't have yelled like that and yes i will feel guilty. and i wish i could take it back Yelling is all part of expressing our selfs just like smiling, laughing, crying and others.

I typically don't yell at people. I wasn't raised like that. Anything I have to say, I can say with a civil tongue without having to raise my voice. I refuse to get into a screaming match with someone. I just let cooler heads prevail.

A raised voice doesn't change the context of what you are trying to say. It serves no purpose to yell. Just speak softly. It's amazing how much more you and your ideas and opinions will be taken into consideration (and then there's eggman- see above...)
Damn.

Well see... I've been married or otherwise involved with a female for quite some time now, so I really stopped counting somewhere around 200,000. Sorry, I don't think I can be anymore precise than that.

Almost every day! It is hard living with your mother when she is up in age and can't remember a damn thing! Not only that, she gets everything mixed up and often says I say things that I never said! I don't really (yell), it's more like: Oh God, give me a break, here we go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't count. Most times, no I don't feel guilty about it because they deserved it. Now if they didn't deserve it, I would feel guilty about it.

Too many times and I never feel good about it afterwards because I've lost my self-control.
