Got a new boss, she is a middle age female who has just had a boob job and wants a fling with me but I can't cos she'll certainly be in control and i'm not used to that but she wont take "No" 4 an answer cos I have dated a great number of women in the company & have almost been sued for sexual harrassment when one relationship went sour..........

Well.... Given the fact that you have almost been sued for sexual harassment i would rethink your current situation. I don't think that entering into a sexual relationship with your boss is a good idea.
From what your saying this woman is obviously assertive and in control, so if you end up in awkward situations.. she's the person who has control over weather or not your employed. Something to ponder maybe..
Also, are the pickin's slim elsewhere?? Where's the need to have sexual relationships with women from your work??...
Try dating people from outside of work and save yourself the hassle. Tell your boss thanks, but no thanks... Tell her in light of circumstances that have gone on previously, that you don't think it would be wise to engage in any further sexual forays whilst at work.

Are you giving her any reason to believe that you would like a fling with her - are you flirting? making innuendos? etc etc
if so... stop!
If she is serious about her career the last thing she needs to do is go off with the office gigalo (sorry). if she continues to harrass you, tell her to stop or she will be reported. it matters not that you were almost sued for sexual harrassment. and if you are being honest it will have to be investigated.
be firm, tell her no, if she persists then talk to her manager.

She sounds a bit of a nightmare!!! Be careful as you have history there. Very nice that she has new t1ts but real are better and you are just going to have to put your foot down with her and say no and mean it.
I know you probably want to but she will be on your back all the time if you do it. The other option is that you say that you have met someone out of work that you love and you just couldnt do it.

Bone her! Keep all correspondence between the two of you. Tape/Film the sex act if possible! Play hard to get on some recordings! Film the BJ! If she tries to can you then you can make more on the lawsuit and blackmailing her than you ever could have made at the crappy job anyway! And who knows...might be the best you ever had....you gotta poke her a few times to know!

well....if the only reason they keep you around is because your a quick and easy lay....whats the big problem?
If your so good that they need you...then you could always go looking for another company to work for.
If you can play this woman off for a promotion or pay raises....well...I dont see what the problem is.

she needs dobbing in for that.. tell her your now gay.. or sue her for sexual harassment or you could secretly record her and blackmail her or play it over the PA system... or just talk to her and tell her your new policy is not to date women you work with or for ..no disrespect to her ..just tell her exactly how it is.. if she still does not get it i would seriously think about the PA System thing, but make it look ever so innocent. change jobs, but if you can't; change companies or do something so you won't get fired. If you feel stuck; start thinking about doing something totally different as far as a different line of career.
