Definitely the Marco Polo Gateway Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.
It has an excellent location, literally inside of Harbour City (largest mall in Asia).
Great staff, very clean and pretty good rates.

the eaton hotel was nice and in walking distance of the subway and shopping on nathan road.

kowloon hotel is fine i think.
