The only way u can truly know if a child is a virgin is if u take her 2 the dr and. If this is 2 find out if a grl is lying about being a virgin or not well they say a man can tell whether she is or isn't. If this question is because u want 2 find out about ur daughter then some of these people who answered the question is just rt out rude and nasty

You shouldn't have to check.
You should be able to take her word for it, if it's any of your business.
Besides, the fact that a girl has had sex shouldn't make you think differently about her, especially if you are not a virgin yourself.
There are more pressing issues that you should be worrying about, like her state of mind and general wellbeing.

If the child is very young any recent vaginal penetration will be readily apparent to your peditrician or a GYN who specializes in pediatric care. If the child is a teen then in most cases it is impossible to tell (for any medical professional) based on a visual examination. It appears here your issue is deeper than a physical query. I would urge you to begin with honest discussion not medical intervention unless you believe your child has been sexually abused.

The only way to know for sure is a medical examination to see if the hymen is still intact. This is not foolproof though. A lot (and I can't stress enough A LOT) of girls have broken hymen before having sex. It can break on it's own, and if she's used tampons during her period it will be broken.

Only one way to check go to a Dr. get an exam.
The bigger question is what are you gonna do if she isn't you can't restore it once its gone its gone one per lifetime. think about that before you subject a girl to something like that. It will harmful to your relationship with her trust issues.

The idea is that most younger girls have a membrane there. If it hasn't been punctured she should still be a virgin...however most girls young enough to have it shouldn't be tampered with anyway.

When you open her vagina, the lid should 'pop' up ever so slightly, indicating that it kept its seal intact. If it doesn't pop up, or you don't hear a slight whoosh of air, the contents may have been tampered with.
