Steroids, but I wouldn't recommend it.
At thirteen, you still have too much fat to expect any kind of muscle definition; you are still growing. Chill out and wait until you are older, there are plenty of other ways to be cool.
And I hate to tell you, but most training books and methods are out of the question for you; your physiology is completely different from that of an adult, and you mgiht end up damaging your body and actually sabotaging your future physique.

I don't know what pom is, but I would go for metallica if you like classic rock, or something along the lines of Rob Zombie if you want a little bit newer stuff, and Alice in Chains for new stuff.

Running gives the best results
Sit-ups and crunches build muscle so they get hard but they still stick out
Running burns fat and shows the muscle you already have under the fat

PS the fat is the soft part

for your age, do lots of upper and lower abdominals (crunches for upper abs and for lower do 6 inches, for these you lie flat on your back put your hands right under your buttocks , straighten your legs and lift them 6 inches of the ground , count to 30 and rest, do several reps of each and increase as you feel you can.

give up the starches and sugar, do crunches, run or do boot-camp workout or try Pilates..
But you are still a kid...let you body develop first then worry about your look...but if you are overweight then just eat healthy and do sports..

at that age there isn't much you can do yet, your body isn't really developed all the way. talk to a trainer at a gym or a PE teacher at School.
