Reducing weight isn't as complicated as America thinks. You just need to take it step by step. Running is a great way to tone your body and melt off extra weight. If you're not a fan of running then just walk at a brisk pace. Keep meals simple but healthy and ENJOY EATING. Even for lunch make yourself feel as if you're eating at a 5 course resturant. Remember that convenient is not always best. Don't indulge on one thing either. eating ice cream is fine but just keep it to one serving. Cutting out high calorie snacks between meals can also make a world of a different. Another thing that helps tremendously is keeping a food log. It'll help you realize how much you eat in a day and help you cut back.

Pl take one or two glass of hot water in the morning before taking Tea or coffee.Not too hot. After a month or two u 'll see some reduction in weight. slowly other unwanted muscles also will reduce.If U continue for ever, not only weight will be lose, your weight will not gain also.At any stage u can stop. Try this. Definetly u 'll not let down. This will reduce constipation problem also.

Cut out the fat. Eat the way you normally eat, but eat much less. Make sure you drink lots of water and east veggies and fruit. The protein is best if it's fish, or skinned chicken. But the weight will come off twice as fast if you excises. Just walk a little at first. You'll find out you'll like it more than you think. It gets rid of depression when you excersise. Pick spots that are comfortable like the schools parking lots, or their football field. Sidewalks are dangerous.

cut down on the sweets!!

eat every 2 hours

eat 1000 calories a day no less!!!



workout 3 or more hours a day 6 days a week

eat no more than 20 grams of fat and eat lots of fiber

also some diet tips
eat slow
do not eat after 7:00pm
work out 20 min before meals and workout after meals

diet foods: plain grilld chiken, plain grilld fish, shrimp, fruits, veggies

good workouts : walking!!!, runing, swimming, cardio, yoga,

maybe u could firstly ask urself y u want to reduce it.. is it because of health matters? well certainly it shouldnt be because thats th e so called "in" look.. ii suggest a healthy diet and regular exercise.. u should eat whatever u like.. as long as in moderation.. it doesnt help to restrict=)

maybe u might want to consider like asking the dietitian for advice, as they r the ones who can give u a proper and healthy meal plan for ur age and height and weight...

better to do it the healthy way..

i suggesat that if u r healthy weight or under weight, u shouldnt be cutting down though.. it might be better to just exercise to keep healthy:P

Well ... the healthiest way is to reduce your fat mass (as opposed to muscle or bone) ... it's really just a game of calories: As long as you Burn more calories than you intake, you will lose weight ... Count, Count ... or just ban processed foods from your diet ... that almost always works ...

Watch your calories. never eat less than 1200 calories a day, your body will starve and you will NOT lose weight.
Work out at least a hour a day with at least 30 minutes of cardio to raised your heart rate.

u can reduce ur weight and gain sum height if u learn how to mastarbute.
u can just keep inserting ur finger in ur vagina while watching a bluefilm tat wll encourage u for sexual act
try having as much as sexual feeling possible
it will surely give u sum positive results without any filthy and tirying workouts
but if u have sex with a male partner u will gain weight.

drink lot of watr..
dont eat fried food...
eat light food...
prefer salads ...
avoid non veg...
never eat your fill in a meal...
eat good breakfast, light lunch and lighter dinner
mic a teaspoon ful of honey with lemon in a glass of water everyday...

work out a lot... in the morning..
never take a nap right after a meal..
