Can elephants run? Because I found on a website that they can but then my friend says that they can bounce but not run...so I just really want to know the answer.
And about the alcohol...I heard that it cannot freeze in your refrigerator because it does not get cold enough. But yea if you have an answer for either both or just one of these that would be great. Thanks =]

Yes, elephants can run. I doubt that they bounce~they weigh too much!

Nothing can freeze in your refrigerator, but things can freeze in the freezer.

Some kinds of alcohol can freeze and some can't. Beer and wine coolers can freeze, but liquor can't. I think its because of how much alcohol is in things.

Elephants can run, infact they can charge. Elephants will charge when they feel threatened and because they are the largest land animal, things get out of their way.

And yes alcohol can freeze. It will freeze at a much lower temperature than water -117.3 C. You can put a bottle of beer or liquor in the freezer and ice may form, however, this is the water freezing not the alcohol.

P.S. Hippos cannot jump either, thus dispelling that other dudes rumor.

Running is defined as a motion in which both feet (for bipeds) leave the ground simultaneously. Elephants cannot do this. They can however, walk extremely fast.
Alcohol will not freeze in your refrigerator but it will freeze if it gets cold enough. You can look up the exact temperature online.
Hope this helps.

Elephants do run as i have seen them run towards me and i have also ran behind them. I have almost seen 1000 elephants in my life and they do run.

they run on the streets of my city too.

Alcohol has a lower freezing point than water (liquor, for example, doesn't freeze in the freezer, and is usually 80 proof (40% alcohol).
Since ethanol freezes lower, you'd expect anything containing alcohol to freeze lower

Hope this helps

Well running is kind of a subjective term. Elephants are big so they don't really run like a jaguar would run, if you wanted to be really technical you would call it 'vigorous trotting' but you probably couldn't outrun a vigorously trotting elephant. Alcohol can freeze, but not in your fridge because it needs to be really really cold for alcohol to freeze (-5 degrees F for an 80 proof bottle)

An Elephant is the only Animal in the (living) world that Cannot JUMP. They can run (quite fast too) but cannot jump.

Pure alcohol will not freeze.

Yes elephants can run. And anyone that tells you alcohol can't freeze hazn't had a beer can/bottle freeze and bust in their freezer. It just depends on the type. Some alcohols are kept in the freezer to stay colder, like for shots, so it depends.

Elephants can run up to (approximately) 25 mph.

Alcohol depends on the proof:
Beer will freeze
80 proof needs to get colder than a normal refrigerator can go (-90 degrees Fahrenheit)

Yes, elephants can run. Although it may seem really slow to you.

Also, alcohol can freeze, but in general most home-use freezers do not get cold enough.

It also depends on the purity of the alcohol.

Beer can freeze in a freezer, but vodka will not. (5% purity and 40% purity respectively)

Yes elephants can run, didn't see the Indian foot ball team, and pure alcohol cannot freeze, that's why vodka doesn't freeze [which are not completely pure alcohol]in the ordinary frig.
