3 months ago I dumped my ex-bf for this guy who turns out to be the biggest jerk I knew. Now I really miss my exbf I want to get in touch with him and perhaps win his heart back.
since we broke up we did not contact each other

I think the jerk came into my life to remind me what an amazing bf i used to have, and how I have mistreated him throughout our relationship

contact him.. ask whats up with him and ask if he woild like t go out with u somewhere in person... then tell him how much u miss him and need him and love him and cant live with out him how u made a mistake!!! u will have t beg a little but it will be worth it

DON'T. If you hurt him real bad with the breakup chances are he will always hold it against you. Everything happens for a reason, that jerk was put in your life for a reason... Could it poss-ably have been to end what was already a bad relationship.

From a male prospective... I believe you owe him a lot... of lovin' to make up for lost time and a broken heart. Ask him to "chill" with you, which means... you know. Just be a lady in the street, but a freak in the sheets... awwwwwwww----yeeeeaaahhhhh.

Talk to him and tell him how you feel and let him know that you are sorry and know that you made a mistake. But then you might have screwed up, maybe he has already moved on with his life.

you can't convince him to take you back...you need to hang out and get to know each other all over agian.
if he really liked you the first time he will still like you!

this sounds like something that happened to me... well what i did was i contacted him and asked him to meet me somewhere in person... i got close to him, flirted with him, and then i asked him back out... it took a bit of pleeding for a second chance but he said ok and it worked for me so it might work for you too!
