I know someone whose mind and thought is listened by others using a secret device! His thought can be converted into voice directly and immediately! He can communicate with others without speaking out! Others can communicate to him using thought, too.

Anyone know what this device is and who can use this device? It is important to know that since there is no more privacy and secret in the world anymore!

That's retarded. Everyone's brain is structured & chemically balanced slightly differently, that's what makes us different from each other, so it would be impossible to read thoughts from electical patters (which is all any device could measure), and that assuems we had a knoweledge of how the brain works about 1000 years beyond what we know today.

However, how do you know we aren't using it on you now to discover who is feeding you these secrets. It's not tuning in very well though, could you confirm please that your IQ is over 80 & that you are not wearing an alumnimum foil hat of some kind?

There are many different devices that can do this. In fact I am using one right now. (The keyboard on my computer.)

Other examples are pens, pencils and paper.
