If I was a guy, I would celebrate the monthly anniversary. (yes this really exists with a lot of women, I was surprised too) Her favorite flowers might work. Dinner for two could work. It really depends on how materialistic the girl is. Only you can know this. A love letter melts the hearts of some. Good luck and you should be able to figure out what she cares about.
