They can use a laptop adapted with a braille reader. The deaf person can type on the lap top, and while she is typing, the blind person would have his fingers on top of the braille reader and read what is being typed.

He can along with signing, also type on the laptop for her to read what he wrote. He can read on the braille reader what he typed, each line at a time.

Sign Language, even blind people can learn Sign Language ... I saw this movie once it had a deaf blind and mute girl she ended up learning Sign Language... Um I forget the name of the actual person but she was a real life person that they based the movie off of and she did alot and was famus for all the stuff she did...
