It is natural asymmetry; some people will have differently-sized eyes or hands. Typically, the right side of the body is more developed and more "correct" according to your DNA. This might entail an "odd" boob that is larger or smaller on the other side.
It is usually not as obvious as you might think, and if serious can be corrected with surgery.

probably cos you are right handed and that side of you gets more exercise than the left

No ones body is symetrical,it's normal.1 ear is lower,1 foot is bigger,ect........
