If things are not working out with the old girlfriend anyway and it's about to end then yeah I would leave for the new one. But I would end it with the first girl before starting with the second girl. A new hotter girl wouldn't be enough if the relationship with the current girl was working out.

No, there would have to be something else other than just beauty. Like I was not getting along with the old gf, or we had grown apart and did not have anything in common anymore, and had fallen out of love. Then yes it would be something to consider.

For the reason you stated....no way.
If that's the way I felt, I would at least be honest and not have any specific G/F. There's nothing wrong with playing the field and just dating for datings sake, if you're honest about it and don't play with people feelings in the process. You shouldn't "have to" have commitments to have a good time and you shouldn't have commitments until you're ready for them.

Bit of a simplistic question. It all depends on circumstances. Phisical attraction wouldnt draw me away from anyone (at least, i dont think so, dont feel so). But maybe if the emotional and intellectual click was just right . . . But as i say it all depends on circumstances.
