How do you know for sure if your gut feeling/intuition is right, or if you are just paranoid and suspicious b/c of past hurts?

u dont know for sure until u put that feeling into motion. if your gut is telling u that they are cheating, then check it out. it never hurts to make sure. if u are wrong then dont let them find out that u check up on them. if u are right then good job detective.

If you are unsure try asking this person. If this don't calm the anxiety you feel maybe you should try checking up on them.
