If you are asking that question, you also need to ask if you are doing anything to make her feel insecure. If you are honestly not contributing to her feeling like this, then the reason that she's insecure is because of old baggage-she's probably been hurt before and she's afraid of it happening again. I know that most guys would say that they are not that guy who hurt her and you are not. But I bet the guy who hurt her seemed like a nice guy at the time too.

Tomorrow is not promised.
Costs are increasing while salaries are decreasing.
Social security benefits are running out.
Real food and clean water are becoming harder to find.
Jobs are being outsourced.
Few products are made in America anymore.
Identity thefts is rampant so staying on top of things could be wiped out in a few weeks time.
Crime is rampant.
Medical costs are prohibitive and preventative care is not taught or appreciated.
Educational costs prevent many from ever going.
Why would anyone feel secure about their future or the future of the world?

Because you are insecure about your present. Think about what you are doing, and make sure that what you are doing is what you love. If you don't change paths into what you really love. Until then you will be able to be secure about your future. Don't worry everything will be okay.

You're not alone. I'm sure we all do at some point moreso than others. Perhaps we're so insecure because we just never know where our paths will lead us to next.
