Accurate science proves the Bible. It's when science is wrong, that people question the Bible.
Didn't scientists believe once that the earth was flat? What does the Bible say on the subject?

To understand religion requires faith. Science gives you fact. Who is to say that with an open mind a scientist could not some day prove or disprove religion. If there is a god he created science for a reason, So I say you can be a science major and not question your religion.

Because Science (the quest and questioning for knowledge) are in a different sphere than Religion (the faith that the knowledge you have is correct). Also, many scientists don't take Religion's version of "Facts" (the flood, the creation, etc.) as true, but still believe in the Religion.

Science is normally not coherent with religion but there are aspects of the latter that could be explained by the latter. You will notice that everything is composed of an atom. Then who made the atom, it was God because he was the origin of everything. Anyway, you can be a Science major but must have faith in religion.

It depends on your religion and it depends on your chosen field of stufy. It is downright impossible for a fundamentalist Christian to be a biologist. However, a fundie might be able to handle certain subjects involving chemistry, materials sciences and subjects like that, mosty dealing with stuff that isn't alive, or really old (otherwise the truth will conflict with their religion)

You don't have to question your belief in God, only the dogma with which you have been spoon fed since childhood. Evolution can be God's way, and the story of Noah's ark just a bs story. It takes intellect to think these things through, rather than just accept fantastic tales on faith.

scientists can believe in God, critical thinking does not demand that one rejects all tradition or dogma life is not black and white otherwise there would be two types of people intelligent atheists who only think critically and stupid religious people who are closed minded emotive thinkers witrh blind faith, this is not the case and does not in anyway reflect reality, there is no right and wrong or just one way or another, that tends to be a religious thing having it onlyt one way blind faith or heresy, not a scientific way of thinking at all

Science and religion are things created by human.
So when you question your religion, you should question science.

Because intellegent design is a scientific therory, much like gravity and many other things we believe in today.
Do you believe in gravity? It's only a therory. Do you question gravity?
See some therories some of us believe in whole heartedly including God.
