There is a yahoo answers section for India, look at the bottom of the page and click on the India flag. you can then ask away.

well, depends on the matters you intended to ask. if you're about to ask matters related to your passport or other immigration things, you may go to Indian Consulate. Or if it's regarding travelling, you may surf a a travel agency's website, definately, you'll get ample choices to go. Shopping?!..step out from your hotel's door, look around, mega malls are right in front of you if you're staying in KL or other big cities in Malaysia like Penang, Johore bahru or Kota Kinablu.
