Blistering is still the result of overexposure to the sunlight ( just like when you had burns when you touch something hot ).Use antibiotic ointment just to prevent infection of the blistering area and petroleum jelly to moisturize the area sunburned. Better be using sunblock SPF 15 and above. :)

I have the same condition! I've been told it is hives but I'm not sure if this is correct or not! I know that each year, after the initial breakout, I can tolerate the sun without breaking out with these water blisters! I generally try to avoid exposure to the sun in high doses and this prevents occurance for the most part!

That's interesting; I break out in itchy bumps on my forearms too, but not from the sun. However, it does involve iritation of the area. I avoid the sun as a rule. (going for the pale vampiric look)

blisters. wear a sunscreen it will prevent blistering.
