Many owners of these vehicles are able to use an alternative fuel
but owners are unaware!
You may be one. You may have been able to take advantage of state and/or federal incentives. Check your vehicle ID #
If the 8th character is a " K " then you are one. If you do own one... tell me..... If you already knew it was a FFV?...... or if you had no idea?.......... Do you want to know more?

SERIOUS ANSWERERS ONLY PLEASE!!!

should also be on the gas cap on some of the newer ones, but yep Ford never promoted the FFV on the explorers.. unless you looked on the original decal from Ford when it was new (where it says it) most didn't know.

Only real difference basically is the fuel pump, wiring, PCM calibration and a valve that I can't remember where it is right now (but it measures the amound of Flex fuel in the gas automatically)
