She needs to press charges, what you did is called date RAPE, and is very illegal. You could be arrested, jailed and have to register as a sexual predator for the rest of your life. That means you must let the police know where you live, you must stay away from all children, schools and any place children may go to play. you would be listed on the Internet so your neighbors would know, and your children's friends parents would never let them come to your house to play.you would probably have to disclose it to your boss also..that is a lot to give up for a very stupid act.

Yes, it is illegal. It did not accidentally go into her drink. You didn't "sort of nugged" it into her drink. You put it in there purposefully. You did not tell her and then made out with her while she was unconscious. Congratulations, you are now a sexual predator. From that sounds of it, you are actually a rapist.

In the UK: you would be charged with RAPE as the sex was not consensual. There is also another crime: Administering a noxious substance (the drug) with intent to have unlawful sexual intercourse. Both offenses carry a long term of imprisonment.
