You do not need sex. You want sex. There is a difference. You will not drop dead if you do not have sex.
Cheating is cheating. If you cheat with a woman who says she loves you and wants to marry you, you are in for world of hurt. She could already care less about your wife and child. She could become a fatal obsession or your wife could find out then sue you for divorce and you will have broken up your child's family just so you can get laid.
If you cannot go to your wife and she cannot visit, then I suggest you try either phone sex or cyber sex with her.
I would also suggest that you find something to occupy your time other than spend it with a woman who now thinks she loves you and wants to marry you. Join a sports team, a study group, or anything to keep your mind and your time occupied.
Would you want your wife to risk ruining your marriage and family simply to satisfy her own immediate desires? Which, by the way, will not be forever. You will be reunited and have sex again. Keep your vows and good luck.

I'm curious to know how long ago they left and how long till you're with them again. Can't you go visit your wife and child? Who do you love? You have a commitment to your wife. Talk to her about how you're feeling. She might be feeling the same way and want to have some quality time with you too. Quit thinking short term and think about how things might affect your life in the long term. Don't confuse lust for love.

Listen, adultry is completely understandable in your situation. Infact, the best way to explain why you are "going crazy" becuz of your lack of sex is because men are biologically designed to have sex and spread our genes. It is only natural to feel this way. So in my opinion your situation allows you to go for her, but just remember...don't think it wont hurt your wife if she finds out. How would you feel if you found out she had sex with some other guy. Don't forget about her, but have fun with this girl.

You're already married. You can't marry someone else while married.
You need to consider how important your marriage vows are. If you love your wife, you should honor those vows. They're more important than sex.
