The pain isn't always there it I have it every day but for an hour or two and it just fades away it will also not hit all the points at one time.

Could be arthritis, or related condition.
Could also be Mayofacia Pain Syndrome (MPS) -- also called CHronic Mayofacia Pain (CMP) -- the facia are the connective tissue in joints.
Recommend you see a doctor to get a diagnosis and treatment options.

i have this problem too but mine also hurts as well under my arm pit and i've tried this and it actually works!

I use a door entrance and and take all my fingers placing them upright under my armpit and pressing my shoulder blade onto the entryway and press in and move back and forth in a massaging way til the pain goes away I don't know what causes this by no means but It works for me and hopefully it does for you too .My guess is mines caused by high blood pressure or possibly a pinched nerve or uneven spine WHO KNOWS . I just thought i'd do my best to help you out cause i know your pain all too well myself.
ps. doing the doorway entry thing is painful if you do it wrong so be careful please.
