I was in the Marines but my best friend was in the navy. He said they did a lot of close order drill (marching), swimming, and fire fighting. I think he said they also did some kinda emergency ship repair drills for leaks and stuff. Probably not a whole lot of running. You will learn a whole lot about naval terminaology while you are there.

Pretty much cake from what I understand. Walk around salute birds if you look up at planes in formation. It's the freakin navy, how hard can it be.
