Well in *most* states, Salvia is still completely legal, so you don't have to worry.
Also, you might want to point out you mean Salvia divinorum.
To answer your question more directly. No. The dogs are not trained as of right now, to detect salvia divinorum.

I don't think they are trained to detect salvia, which is grown almost everywhere in the world that people have gardens.
