te amo mi amor
is the closest your gonna get. I know mi amor means my love and not babe in english but remember that the dialect is not always the same. We sometimes use similiar words but that exact word yet once put in a sentence it can end up meaning the same.

Spanish varies considerably from country to country. For example peanuts are cacahuates in Mexico but mani in most other places. I love you is most universally ¨Te amo¨ but babe varies considerably from place to place.
