That is a specialty of mine! 1 of the 1st dishes I learnt (During My apprenticeship); to master... from a REALLY passionate Italian chef.
But I do have a love for north African cuisine (Cous-cous, Tagines, Falafel etc...).
I do have a flair for desserts, pastries and sweets though!!!
