Yes, it is a good idea but not because of the fresh air but because of the sunlight that will help eradicate the bugs. ;0

Never redo your bed right away. Leave it totally undone as long as possible. Bed bugs will asphyxiate. Or try Twart Bed bug repellent. Find it on the internet.

well after they are sprayed then you close the room or house off for 4-6 hours then you can open windows and air it out. then wash all of your things in HOT water and vacuum really well. move all furniture and vacuum under it too.

Option 1 - Sun your mattress, pillows and watever u put on yr bed.
Option 2 - Change new ones
